There were a few interactions but essentially 45 minutes later they had forgotten about us. We were met by a friendly greeter who took us to our spot efficiently and indicated someone would be over. It has been renovated/updated just enough and exudes personality. The main building is a glorious old house with the best bones. The setting is pretty spectacular, surrounded by vineyards and gardens. Went here for lunch on the recommendation of friends who raved about it.
